The Zoology Department of the Naturéum is hosting the exhibition [MOVING PICTURES]. Fifteen wildlife and nature photographers participating in the project, each of them multiple international award winners, are committed to species protection and are presenting 41 of their works in Lausanne.

[MOVING PICTURES] offers a striking contrast between the beauty of wild fauna, particularly that of threatened species, and the reality of their destruction, exploitation, and the pollution of their habitats. The exhibition continues the theme of the “Disparus!” gallery.

It places particular emphasis on the critical situation of orangutans and the rapid degradation of their natural habitat in Borneo, Indonesia.

[MOVING PICTURES] is a travelling exhibition by the association BOS Schweiz (Borneo Orangutan Survival Switzerland), in partnership with the association Figure 1A.
